אשמה גורמת לכם להרגיש שאתם לא מספיק,
שאתם אלה שלא ...ולא האחר.
היא מקטינה אתכם ביחס לעצמכם,
היא מטשטשת לכם את הרצון האמיתי וגורמת לכם לרצות אחרים על חשבונכם,
היא מגבילה את קיבולת השפע שאתם מרשים לעצמכם לקבל ביחס לאחרים,
היא מצמצמת לכם את חופש הבחירה,
היא מכבידה עליכם בתהליכי קבלת החלטות 
ומאיטה בכם את זרימת אנרגיית החיים בשלמותה- הפראנה.

אלה תבניות חשיבה ורגש שהתקבעו אצלכם במערכת מעידן ועידנים,
ומקורן בין היתר בתפקידים חשוכים שלקחתם על עצמכם בחיים קודמים, 
תפקידים שלא הייתם מעלים על דעתכם שמסוגלים אתם למלא, 
ושרואים אתם אותם באחר כדי להזכר,
כל זאת על מנת לחוות את הקוטביות הקיימת בבריאה ובכם,
ממש כפי שהבורא ברא את החושך כדי להבדיל מן האור,
בחרתם לחוות גם את החושך במשחק החיים על מנת לחוות מהי בחירה בין טוב ורע,
כדי שתוכלו להכיל מנעד רחב יותר של מהויות וחלקים בספירלת ההתפתחות שלכם,
עליכם לדעת שתמיד ניתנת לכם אפשרות הבחירה,
גם אם אין הדברים נראים כך.

כל זה מתגלה לכם,
כדי שתוכלו לתת לתכנים הללו להתאוורר ממעמקי התודעה, להכיר בהם מבלי לברוח, ולקבל אותם כחלק בלתי נפרד מהבריאה שהיא אתם.

הגידו לעצמכם בקול 'אני אנושי ומותר לי לטעות'

חבקו את החלקים הללו בכם מתוך אהבת הבורא החומלת, 
הרגישו איך אנרגיית החמלה מלחימה את כל החלקים, 
איך היא סוגרת את הפרצות שלכם ומחסנת אתכם מבפנים, הרגישו את האנרגיה הוורודה והרכה זורמת לכם בעורקים,
עוטפת היא אתכם כחיבוק פנימי עדין וחזק בו זמנית...
